Clinton Industries is a true American success story of entrepreneurial fortitude and industry innovation. Started in 1979 by founder and present owner, Robert C. Bohn, with a singular focus to build a better more affordable treatment table, Clinton industries flourished from a “garage start-up” with a handful of treatment tables to a multi-million dollar industry. Today, Clinton Industries operates in over 300,000 sq. ft. of combined manufacturing and warehouse space, selling hundreds of different products with national and international distribution.

CLINTON POLICIES

Ordering
Minimum net order $10.00. Please specify catalog number, quantity, description (color & finish). All orders must be in writing to eliminate errors. Clinton industries will not be responsible for duplicate shipments if orders are not clearly marked "do not duplicate" or "revised order", etc.

Order cancellation
No penalty on cancellation of orders on stock products prior to shipping. Cancellation of orders in transit will be charged all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Special order items are non-returnable, non-cancelable for any reason once production begins, this includes any products with options added (including custom height, length or large volume orders). All requests must be received in writing

Warranty
All Clinton products, purchased on or after 6-20-2014, carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship (does not include normal wear and tear to any part or vinyl, and does not cover the cost of labor to replace equipment or install parts) . Full warranty information available upon request.

Product Improvement
We reserve the right to ship all orders at prices that prevail at date of shipment and to change, without notice, our product line. This may include, but not be limited to, design, dimension or materials.

Shipping
Manner of shipment will be our choice unless instructions are included with your order for collect or 3rd party billing via specified carrier. Drop shipments will be made at your instruction. Freight estimates are for dock to dock deliveries only. Additional services will have additional fees, these include: redelivery charges, reconsigment fees, residential delivery, inside delivery, liftgate, notification prior to delivery or any additional accessorial charges levied by the delivering carrier.

Returns (see list below for credit amounts)

No merchandise may be returned for credit without prior written authorization. Returns authorized by Clinton must be freight prepaid. (No collect deliveries will be accepted). All freight charges will be deducted from credit for items shipped with freight costs included. Upon receipt of the product an inspection will be made and a credit memo for the appropriate amount will be mailed. All products for return must be in original packaging, unused, unassembled and in resellable condition or no credit may be issued. Product must be returned within 30 days of written authorization or new RGA# must be requested as credit may be affected. Special order items and parts are non-returnable.

Clinton error—100% credit granted
Unused goods in original packing, returned within 90 days days original ship date— 80% credit granted
Unused goods in original packing, returned 90-120 days from original ship date— 60% credit granted
Goods not returned within 121 days from ship date are non-returnable— no credit, no exceptions
Damaged goods:— appropriate credit less repair costs & restocking charges
Items deemed special order or damaged items due to improper packing when returned—no credit issued

International Sales
Clinton is pleased to ship its medical products around the globe through our international sales representative. Clinton Industries, however, can not and will not ship to the countries listed below because they are either on the United States trade embargo list, or are countries with whom trade presents too high a risk for our insurance carriers.

If you are an exporter and you export Clinton products, do not ship Clinton products into the countries listed here for the above reasons.

Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Republic of Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Russia- the Commonwealth of Independent States (C.I.S.) and countries that formerly comprised the U.S.S.R.
